Its the Performance Power Kit - Reinforce breaks - you can simple swap. I don't see any stability issues and i have it, as they are for any 520D with or without Power Kit
If you upgrade your car with PPK you get it inside - Best Upgrade you can make if you need to exchange disks and pads at the same time!

I already bought the brakes on Ebay brand new for 200 € it even comes with new BMW pads and sensor included

One question is any coding involved in this retrofit or can i just assemble the brakes?
