  • I need to do a coding a new glow plugs? I didnt do that. But like i wrote the shaking problems is after 5-10 second after start the engine.


    I didnt clean only the cylinder valve because i dont have "stuff" to do that. When i saw it, they was also ver very dirty

  • You have to "tell" your car new glow plugs are installed. The glow plugs are working up to 75° Water.


    Otherwise the new plugs may be damaged.

  • Why did you code a new injector?


    You can reset the self learning data (and you should do this after changing the glow plugs) of the injectors while noticeing the old values, changing to AAAAAEA, saving and then change back to the old values. The correct value is printed on each injector.

  • I coded a new value of injector becuse i had to replace one (cylinder 3). Ok, im after a reset a new glow plugs in ISTA. We need to wait till tomorrow morning, when i will go to work. Then i will be able to see if it help or not

  • Unfortunately after reset the values of new glow plugs, the engine still shaking. Enything else what i can check?

  • Well, hard to say about you replaced injector is faulty also or not. You can only see that if you change the injector with maybe cylinder 4 as recommended on page1. Was it a new injector or some used part/ refurbished on? Does the injector fit the already installed injectors or is it a newer/older revision? Sometimes it is not recommended to mix different revisions. Did you also change the seals on the injector with new ones? If there where seals already on, after 10 min. out of the engines the seals usualy get dilated and can not fit anymore, or get damaged when you put the injector with such seals in.


    Did you check on the mass sensor and in what condition your particle filter is at? It is also recommends to run all the tests for the "engine idle" as well and then see it comes up with an error more precise.

  • My old injector had 7805428-02 number. The new one is 7805428-03. I bought injector (used) from some website with 3 moths of warranty. I dont know in what condition is my DPF, i never "felt" when system try to do a burning process. On my dash board i never seen any check light, only cold morning shaking. Arround two weeks ago i had one strange situation with my car -> Out of my work, come inside the car, press start, engine working (and shaking) i puted D, added gas but nothing heppened (zero reaction, even RPM stay in idle position +/- 700rmp). I had to turned off the engine, start again and was ok. It was only one time.
